The disintegration of the financial model, environmental threats, lack of regulation… the current crisis affects all economies and every person on the planet.
As teachers of future leaders, this situation calls us to act : today we have the duty to integrate ethical and cultural safe guards into our teachings which will be able to protect against excesses in the future.
At a time when new challenges arise, Rouen Business School has a unique role to play as an aspiring challenger.
Our vocation is no longer simply to train managers who are going to handle the existing situation but leaders who are going to drive change and their teams in bold business projects.
The crisis conveys the end of one model and the advent of new worlds: emerging countries, green growth, economy of dematerialised services, network governance…all of these means of growth for inspired leaders to seize.
Rouen Business School is preparing to write a new page in its history. The school counts on implicating self-confident, modest students; research professors from all over the world, who open up the way to these new territories and transmit curiosity and a taste for moving forward; its shareholders and all of its collaborators.
