MDI-Algiers is the first Algerian Business school which supplies MBA
degree trainings to the managers of Algerian companies. MDI-Algiers
also offers a large selection of executive trainings of short duration. T
his school is certified ISO 9001/2000 and is strengthened by a
partnership with CEGOS Group.
MDI-Algiers has quickly acquired a strong recognition in the business
world. Today, it organizes the most important managerial events in
Algeria such as: the Manager’s Trophy of the year, the International
Symposium of El Oued and the Meetings of Excellence Management
Club.
MDI-Algiers was set in 1996. The school became a member of EFMD
(European Foundation of Management Development). It has
implemented a policy of partnership with the most prestigious
international schools and universities to offer innovating teachings in
the fields of management and change coaching management.
This policy is committed through the launching in 2007 of the
Emergence Project which targets to train executives identified as
managerial succession of Sonatrach Group. The implementation of MBA
International Paris, developed in partnership with IAE of Paris
(University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and the University of Paris
Dauphine is obviously registered in this vision. The objective of the MBA
is to supply a high level training to the operating executives in order to
coach them in their evolution in the company.
With its strong existing partners and those in preparation and its
experts teachers who know well the Algerian context, MDI-Algiers
hopes to become one of the Management Excellence poles in the
Mediterranean sea.

Créée en 1996, MDI-Alger est la première Business School algérienne à offrir des formations diplômantes de type MBA destinées aux managers des entreprises algériennes.
MDI-Alger offre aussi une large palette de formations Exécutive de courte durée. Cette activité est certifiée ISO 9001 Version 2000 et renforcée par un partenariat avec le groupe Cegos.
MDI-Alger a rapidement acquis une forte notoriété auprès des entreprises et de la communauté des affaires, ce qui lui vaut d’organiser les plus importants évènements managériaux en Algérie : Trophée du manager de l’année, Symposium International d’El-Oued, rencontres du Club Excellence Management.
En devenant membre de l’EFMD (European Founndation for Management Development), MDI-Alger poursuit une politique de partenariat avec les Business Schools internationales et universités parmi les plus prestigieuses pour offrir des enseignements innovants dans les domaines du management et de la gestion du changement. Une politique déjà largement engagée par le lancement en 2007 du projet Emergence qui vise la formation des cadres identifiés comme la relève managériale du groupe Sonatrach.
La mise en place du MBA International Paris, développé en partenariat avec l’IAE de Paris, (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) et l’Université Pari-Dauphine, s’inscrit naturellement dans cette vision. Le MBA a pour objectif d’apporter une formation de haut niveau à des cades en activité, en vue de les accompagner dans leur évolution au sein de l’entreprise.
Fort de ses partenariats, actuels et en préparation, et de sa faculté de professeurs connaissant bien le contexte algérien, MDI-Alger veut s’affirmer comme l’un des pôles d’excellence du management en Méditerranée.
